The fender was torn off. Tire and suspension were pushed back by the impact.
Bumper and signal light were also damaged.
I realized only after touching my forehead that it was me who caused that large windshield crack. The front passenger side seatbelt was faulty so I decided not to wear it since we were still inside the subdivision. Luckily, I only got minor scratches. Lesson learned, ALWAYS WEAR A SEATBELT!
That’s the tractor that she avoided.
That was the house where we crashed.
Thank goodness the house was still unoccupied and got small damages only.
The cost of the repair was expensive but it didn’t really matter, what mattered was that no one was badly injured. I’m thankful to my dad. He got there immediately after I sent him a text message. I’m thankful that it happened just a few steps away from my brother’s house. I’m thankful for all the people who helped us. I’m also thankful to our families for being open-minded about what happened. I was entirely responsible for it so I thought I was a goner! The incident may have given us more challenges to face but it also brought us closer to our families. Thanks to the Lord for always protecting us from harm.
be more careful now...
